A working group has now been established within the club to monitor the updates and react accordingly, primarily to ensure the first team football operation is protected from the virus as robustly and effectively as possible, whilst also protecting the wellbeing of our staff and visitors in and to the club. This group will meet weekly on a Monday morning until further notice.
The NHS is encouraging people to maintain good hygiene to avoid possible infection of spreading of the virus which includes:
- Washing your hands with soap and water often - do this for at least 20 seconds.
- Always wash your hands when you get to work or home.
- Use hand sanitiser gel if soap or water are not available.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze.
- Put used tissues in the bin straight away and wash your hands afterwards.
- Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell.
- Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
We are asking any staff who have been to or are in close proximity to others who have traveled to within the last 2 weeks continue to self isolate themselves for the 2 week advised period (therefore you will not be allowed onto the clubs premises )
